Aims
- To identify how CETLs are adding to good practice in interprofessional and interdisciplinary teaching and learning
- To pool expertise from work to date
- To encourage collaboration between CETLs in both progressing common themes and in dissemination
As well as asking participants to share experience, the themes we will explore in more depth will include:
- Involving stakeholders in developing the curriculum
- Evaluating interprofessional learning
- Making it work in practice
Please come prepared to provide a five minute summary of key themes related to IPE which your CETL is engaged with. In addition, please feel free to bring material relating to your CETL which will be made available to participants during this event.
This event is free to CETL representatives. Closing date for bookings: 30 Nov 06
The workshop is a collaborative event supported by the Higher Education Academy Subject Centres for Health Sciences and Practice (HSAP), Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine (MEDEV), and Social Policy and Social Work (SWAP) and hosted by CETL4HealthNE.
We anticipate that the outcomes of the day will feed into the planning of a further event to be held in summer 2007.
