The purpose of the workshop is to promote collaboration between CETLs with an interest in developing and evaluating the interprofessional curriculum.

Aims

  • To identify how CETLs are adding to good practice in interprofessional and interdisciplinary teaching and learning
  • To pool expertise from work to date
  • To encourage collaboration between CETLs in both progressing common themes and in dissemination

As well as asking participants to share experience, the themes we will explore in more depth will include:

  • Involving stakeholders in developing the curriculum
  • Evaluating interprofessional learning
  • Making it work in practice


Please come prepared to provide a five minute summary of key themes related to IPE which your CETL is engaged with. In addition, please feel free to bring material relating to your CETL which will be made available to participants during this event.

The workshop is a collaborative event supported by the Higher Education Academy Subject Centres for Health Sciences and Practice (HSAP), Medicine, Dentistry and Veterinary Medicine (MEDEV), and Social Policy and Social Work (SWAP) and hosted by CETL4HealthNE.
