The event will be in two parts.
Dr Ian Curran (Lead for Simulation & Technology-enhanced Learning Initiative (STeLI) )will be running a workshop on debriefing. This workshop will run between 11am and 1pm. Dr Curran will explore the challenges of developing effective healthcare professionals. He will discuss the importance of feedback and provide a model for effective debriefing.
The regional meeting in the afternoon will include discussion of themed areas for engagement within the network, setting up a steering group, looking at other networks and generally trying to get a structure for the regional network that meets everyones needs. We will examine aims and outcomes for example - What do we want from a regional network? What is its function? etc.

10:30am to 11am Coffee/Registration
11am to 1pm Debriefing workshop with Ian Curran
1pm to 2pm Break/Lunch
2pm to 4pm Regional Network Meeting
