In return for having access to the Nursing Companion kit please provide thorough answers to the following questions.

Please give two detailed accounts (250 words each) of how you have used Nurse Companion in your clinical work or study.  Please could you provide an example from each context, where this is not possible two examples from a single context will be acceptable
